Cretaceous Period Land Movement Animation by Dr. Chris Scotese

This animation by Dr. Chris Scotese shows the movement of the plates during the Tertiary Period.  It represents about the last 65 million years of the earth's history.  Notice the widening of the Atlantic Ocean as well as the collision of India into Asia forming the Himalayas Mountains.
