Kosmoceratops

Kosmoceratops was a chasmosaurine ceratopsian, related to Triceratops. It had bison-like horns over its eyes, a smaller horn on its nose, and strange hooked spikes on its frill. It was about the size of a cow and ate plants with its sharp beak.

Kosmoceratops was discovered at the Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument in Utah. It lived about 80 million years ago, and would have walked alongside other ceratopsian species, a few raptors, ankylosaurids, hadrosaurs, and even pterosaurs, reptiles, and birds.
